Steph Coathupe is a British contemporary artist and illustrator.
Coathupe’s interest lies in the liminal space where colours overlap. Her illustrations aim to translate the emotion perceived in its accompanying text, often in a conceptual way. She is passionate about creating bold, innovative work — and trying to get through her ever-growing stack of books to read.
p.s. it’s pronounced Coat Up, as in, “Hang your coat up, Coathupe!”
