“A cat wouldn't care about fame or publicity. A cat would just be a cat"
Are you completely obsessed with everything a cat does? From their lil beeps, stretching out their paws, to washing their butt just right there in public, cats just do what they want. That's why we love them!! This artwork was created in response to this article from the Financial Times, discussing how the fashion industry is still inspired by cats. If you look closely, the kittie's spots are repeated on the clothes of the people in the crowd. At first, my idea was to have a very cool cat slinking down the red carpet at a high fashion event, but then I thought "Wait. No. A cat wouldn't care about fame or publicity. A cat would just be a cat".
